Making A Purchase Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo cards.

Alternatively UK Cheques and Postal Orders may be sent to us.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Back Orders Back Orders We strive to maintain all our items in stock (unlike some stores) However, if your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges Tax Charges We are not currently VAT regsitered so all VAT has already been paid by us.

Orders outside the UK may be liable to local taxes, this is the purchaser's responsibility.

All electrical items (Monitors, Night Lights etc.) carry a full 12 months manufacturers warranty. Just return defective items to us and we will replace the items.

Goods returned policy.

Because you are buying the Goods by mail order, you may have a right of cancellation. If you do, (and only if you do), these are the terms which apply:

You must tell us you wish to cancel within 7 days of your receipt of the Goods;

In any event, you may not cancel orders for specially commissioned or personalised goods;

The Goods must be returned to us within 21 days of your telling us you wish to cancel, with both goods and all packaging in their original condition; securely wrapped; including our delivery slip; at your risk and cost.

After we have received the Goods, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned no later than 30 days from the date of receipt;

If you do not return the Goods to us, you are still liable to us for the cost.

We are under no obligation to collect or recover Goods from you, but if we do, our costs will be payable by you.
